With Cognitive Behavioral Therapy -CBT, you will learn to challenge the thoughts that tell you how you feel about yourself or how you should focus on food.

DBT
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy-DBT helps you learn to deal with difficult emotions, so you can process what's behind the eating habits and find alternatives to binging and restricting.

Somatic Therapy
Learn how types of somatic therapy such as yoga help you build safety in your body and work towards body acceptance.

IFS
After building coping skills, learn about Internal Family Systems Therapy-IFS, which was created for eating disorders. This treatment allows you to connect with inner parts of yourself struggling with the idea of life without ED.

Eating disorders are focused on isolation to keep your habits from being discovered. Learn to build helpful supports, so you don't have to isolate any longer.

Coordination with your providers
Brittany will recommend and work closely with your primary doctor and registered dietitian, to keep track of your nutrition and physical health.

We know that many people also struggle with their body image while struggling with eating habits. Learn skills to build self-compassion for your body.
